Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Certain items may not be eligible for return (for example, final sale products, personalized items, or hygiene-sensitive goods). Any exclusions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Contact shopcliq through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions if your order is eligible. Do not send items back without confirmation unless instructed.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we may provide a prepaid return label where applicable. Otherwise, return shipping may be your responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
