Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will attempt to cancel or modify the order before it is processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Use the Contact page or the email address on your order confirmation. Include your full name, order number, and the change you are requesting. shopcliq will confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.

If a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, any charge will be reversed according to your payment provider's timeline. See our Refund Policy for details.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or follow our Return Policy after receiving the package.
